Over the years, Gang He has mentored 87 international medical graduates (IMGs), predominantly from China, guiding them through externship training in surgical pathology. Many faced significant challenges, including long educational gaps and low USMLE scores, yet over 75 percent successfully matched into US residency programs. The structured program included hands-on training and personalized interview coaching. He's dedication has transformed the lives of these graduates, fostering resilience and confidence, leading them to fulfill their medical aspirations.
