Our final image of the month for 2025 comes from Marianne Hamel and Nikki Johnson, who say, “This image depicts amyloidosis, Congo Red stain under polarized light, 200X magnification, shot on an Olympus DP26 digital camera. A print of this image is currently on display as part of the Death Under Glass exhibition at the Rieders Family Alumni Art Gallery in the Pinizzotto-Ammon Alumni Center of the Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.”
