Leaders of the digital pathology associations in Europe (ESDIP), United States (DPA) and Japan (JDPA) have joined forces to accelerate the adoption of digital pathology. For the first time, these leaders are participating in a LIVE panel to provide their input on the future of digital pathology and AI.

Hosted by Colin White, Leica Biosystems’ SVP and General Manager, Advanced Staining & Imaging, three expert pathologists and leaders of their respective societies will share their thoughts as to how this alliance aims to boost the exchange of knowledge across borders, unify concepts and standardization, and help break down political, social, and economic barriers.

Objectives for this session:

  • Learn about the Global Task Force and how you can get involved
  • Discover how the exchange of knowledge across borders, unified concepts and standardization will accelerate the adoption of digital pathology
  • As pathologists, learn how to break down political, social, and economic barriers, including things as basic as mistrust in digital pathology
  • Understand the panel's perspective on future technologies like AI
